Students Sing Sweetly at Senior Center

The St. Peter’s School Chorus performed at the Philadelphia Senior Center, nearby at 509 Broad Street. Led by Music Teacher Ms. Mazza, the 50+ students sang selections from their recent repertoire including Queen’s “Somebody to Love” and other St. Peter’s School favorites. Our chorus traveled to the same Senior Center last year; the guests loved the show and invited us back for what is hopefully an annual event. The Senior Center can be found on the web at http://www.philaseniorcenter.org/.  Pictured are the children loading onto a school bus.  We carried our own amp. as Matthew Angelides (Grade Eight) accompanied two songs on guitar.  We also had featured soloists and an audience sing-along at the finale of the show.
