CampFest and Teen Expo - For Exhibitors

Dear Camp Professional:

St. Peter’s School and the American Camp Association Keystone Regional Section are excited to announce the 2010 CampFest and Teen Expo. This year’s event will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2010 from 12-4 at the Old Pine Community Center at 4th and Lombard Streets, Philadelphia, PA.

For the past two years, attending families have raved about the quality and variety of the camps represented, and how useful it was to attend such an event.  Thank you for making the event such a success!  This was - and remains - the only opportunity for camps and families to attend a camp fair in Center City Philadelphia. This event has created quite a buzz in this child-rich community because of the wide range of camps it features.

New this year is the CampFest Directory on the St. Peter’s School website, www.st-peters-school.org.  The websites of all participating camps will be accessible through this one site.

The registration fee this year is $325 for non-ACA members and $300 for ACA members.  Registration includes an eight foot table with two chairs, a full description of your camp in the event program, city-wide advertising and publicity, electricity if you need it, parking voucher, and lunch for two attendees.

If you are interested in taking out an ad in the event program, please see pricing on the registration form.  This glossy, high quality program is suitable as a permanent reference guide for families and school libraries, as well as a guide to the day’s event.  For camps that cannot attend the CampFest, we are offering the option for a camp to provide literature, which will be placed in the bags given to attendees as they enter the fair, and/or to provide camp information to be included in the event directory.

We are all optimistic that the economic climate is becoming more favorable, and that our summer camps will continue to offer children of all ages and interests a wonderful summertime experience.
