How to Apply

For All Candidates:

• Complete an Online Inquiry Form to begin receiving information about upcoming Admission Events.
• Complete an Online Application along with an application fee of $50 made payable to St. Peter’s School. Be sure to follow the Application Deadlines carefully so that your child’s admission file is completed in a timely fashion.
• Contact St. Peter’s School to schedule a Parent Interview with the Admissions Director. Appointments will be available beginning in October. This visit will give you the opportunity to tour the campus during the school day and to discuss your child’s application.
• Following the Parent Meeting your child will then be invited to attend a school day at St. Peter’s with our current age appropriate class.  Details of this visit will be discussed during the Parent Interview.
• Please have your child’s current teacher (if applicable) complete a Teacher Recommendation Form.  These forms can be downloaded, printed and then given to the teacher or emailed directly to a teacher.  The forms can be found in PDF format to the right of this page.
• Please have transcripts from the prior two academic years released to St. Peter’s School.  Included in these records should be attendance and standardized test results if applicable.  A Transcript Release Form can be found in PDF format to the right of this page.
• Children applying to Grades Kindergarten through Eighth must submit the results of a Standardized Intelligence Test (WISC or WPPSI).  Attached to the right of this page, is a list of recommended professionals qualified to administer these tests located throughout the city and area suburbs.
• Complete the Financial Aid forms if you wish to be consider for a Financial Aid award.
• Contact the Admissions Office to confirm that your child’s admissions file is complete prior to the January deadlines.
• The Admissions Committee will begin to meet regularly in January. The Admissions Committee will review all completed files. The first of the decision letters will be mailed on February 1, 2011. Rolling admissions will continue throughout the spring.
