St. Peter’s is pleased to offer our students many opportunities to continue their learning outside of the classroom. We also welcome students from other schools to attend our new Saturday classes!
St. Peter’s After School Care Program is an extension of the school day and a wonderful opportunity for students to further their academics, socialize, and play in a structured and safe environment. ASCP runs Mon – Fri from 3:15 – 6:00 pm. A staff of seven familiar and friendly after-school teachers supervise children as they enjoy a snack, complete their homework, play and travel to and from enrichment classes. This year, St. Peter’s Upper School students in grades 6-8 who are selected to serve as TALL mentors provide academic support to Lower and Upper School students in a structured and supervised study room from 3:30-4:20 p.m. Monday through Thursday as a component of St. Peter’s After School Care Program. TALL mentors volunteer their time to provide one-on-one assistance to students seeking help with homework and specific skills. First through eighth grade students staying for ASCP may utilize the TALL Program, which is supervised by ECD teachers Jess Cronin-Connolly and Julie Brady. For more information, please contact Lydie Miller, Director of Extended Day Programs, at email@example.com.
The EAP provides supervision for children who arrive at school between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Children come in through the West Lawn gate and enter the Preschool/Prekindergarten area after 7:30 a.m. and are dismissed directly from the EAP to their homerooms at 8:00 a.m.
