Good Deed: Care Packages from Mrs. Michiels’ Kindergarten Class

The children in Mrs. Michiels’ Kindergarten class sent care packages to U.S. troops stationed in Iraq. They wrote letters thanking the brave soldiers for protecting and keeping our country safe and sent their messages along with magazines, calling cards, and food for them to enjoy. The children hope their contributions have an impact on the daily lives of the soldiers and bring smiles to their faces when they are far from their homes.
